Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sardar Eye Clinic & Optics. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Product not matching the confirmed order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, if applicable
  • The return request must be made within [3 / 7] days of receiving the item

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Prescription glasses made specifically for the customer
  • Customized lenses
  • Opened or used eye care products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or by another agreed method. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment type.

Refunds may be partial or denied if:

  • The item is returned damaged by the customer
  • The item is incomplete
  • The item shows signs of use not related to inspection

4. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible products, depending on product availability.
